2.1 Information You Provide

• Account Information: Email address and user ID when you create an account.
• User Content: Photos you upload for AI redesign processing.
• AI Generation Parameters: Style preferences, room types, and design parameters you select when generating redesigns.
• Support Communications: Information you provide when contacting our support team.

• Device type, operating system version, and unique device identifiers.
• App usage data including features used, session duration, and interactions.

• Subscription status and purchase history (managed by Apple via RevenueCat).

5. Third-Party AI Processing Disclosure

Your photos are processed by third-party AI systems. When you use Spaace It's redesign features, your uploaded photos and generation parameters are transmitted to Runware, a third-party AI infrastructure provider. Runware hosts and runs AI models including Google Gemini, Flux, and other large language and image models via ComfyUI pipelines to generate your redesigned images.

By using the App's AI redesign features, you explicitly consent to your photos being sent to these third-party AI services for processing. Your photos are used solely for the purpose of generating your requested redesigns and are not used to train AI models. You may withdraw this consent at any time by discontinuing use of the AI redesign features (see Section 7.3 below).

7.1 Account Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data directly within the App at any time. Upon deletion, we will remove your personal data, uploaded photos, and generated images from our systems within 30 days.

You may request a copy of your personal data by contacting us at contact@spaace.it.

7.3 Consent Revocation

You may withdraw your consent to data processing at any time:

• AI processing consent: Stop using the AI redesign features. Previously generated images remain available but no new photos will be sent to third-party AI services.
• Analytics consent: Contact us at contact@spaace.it to opt out of analytics tracking.
• Complete data removal: Delete your account in-app to remove all data and revoke all consents.

Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data, including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest, secure authentication protocols, and regular security reviews. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

• Right of Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.

Spaace It is rated 4+ on the Apple App Store and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information promptly. Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence, including the United States. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for international data transfers in compliance with applicable data protection laws, including Standard Contractual Clauses where required by the GDPR.
